Need Help in Missouri

I need desperate help - live in Missouri. I have 16 payday loans - took out more to pay the first & so on. I have nothing left over after minimum payments. Internet & store front loans. How do I find out about laws for Missouri? Thank you for any help.

Internet:
CashNetUSA $500 I have paid off & reborrowed for 6 months now Paid 480
First Bank of Deleware $600 Paid $444.00
Ameriloan $400 paid 220
Speedy Cash $500 paid $250
Ace $500 Paid 100
Cash Biz $300 Paid 0 yet
Loan Shack $300 paid 0 yet
Check into Cash $100 Paid 75

Store Front:
Quick Cash $561.00 Paid $150.00
Cash Zone $400 Paid 528
AAA Advance $500 Paid 300
Advance America $500 Paid $115
HomeTown $250 paid 0 yet
2 more in town $500 each & have paid 300 or 400 to each


The reality is that you only have at most 5 illegal loans. They are:

Ameriloan
Speedy Cash
Ace
Cash Biz
Loan Shack

The reason that I point that out is even though posters will come in here and tell you to request an EPP, I am not sure if it is an option. Having been in the business for 15 years, I would recommend 1 of 3 options.

1. Try to work out a payment plan that YOU can afford with each lender.

2. Go thru Credit Counsoling with a non-profit agency

3. File BK.

You are in very deep and it is going to hurt to get out of this, but it IS doable.

If you will notice, I said "at most". They and Cash Biz were ones that I was not sure of and the reality is it does not make any difference in my advice to the OP, just reinforces it!

well he said at best 5.now the OP knows that loan shack has license in MO.nobody is perfect.remember that.
