What do you folks know about this outfit?

I accepted a $200 loan from them. They have continued to take $76 from my account which has amounted to $760 total. I know this was due to my own ignorance.

I have attempted to contact them using their online customer service center. I requested copies of my loan agreement, their licensing #, and additional information. They repeatedly denied me this information. I can no longer log into the website as it appears they have deleted my access.

I have attempted to call them numerous times. I never speak to a person; only get a recording to leave a message. I have left 2 messages and received return telephone calls. Since the deleted my access to their website they have not returned 4 phone messages.

What action should I take at this point?

Thank you.
