I have a $600.00 loan from ACE check cashing in TX. I was able to pay $120.00 every 2 weeks to pay it off but I did not understand they were saying I would have to refinance each time and that $120.00 was just the refinancing fee. They told me I have one week to pay or they will take more action. What can I do?

Ask for an extended payment plan. You may have to call their corporate office to get it, but they should give it to you. It should stop interest from accruing and they will split the rest into 4 payments.
