I have been getting phone calls saying they will have me arrested for not paying back loan they deposited into my account in March. I have checked my bank records and there is not a deposit. Every caller is foreign and they say they are an attorney or officer with American Legal Services. I told them to send me the complaint in writing and they won't, but they still keep calling. Now they are calling me at work! Help!
You cant get arrested on a debt. Its sounds like a a scam. Next

I would change my phone number if I were you, but first file complaints!
