How do I respond to this lawsuit served to me ? I don't have a clue on what to say

Foster and Garbus for Merrick Bank
Its a credit card
Im in NY

I was paying cardwork services for this then in Jan it stopped, then Foster and Garbus contacted me, I asked for info and never heard anything, then I get served and I called foster and garbus and told them I was paying someone else - he offered me a payment plan by 10/29 - something didn't sit right - for some reason I knew I had agreed to something with someone else and low and behold on 10/20 cardwork serviced debited my account again for 25.87 so when I looked online it says I am paying 25.87 for 36 months. So who do I repond to? How do I respond? The only address on this thing they served me is foster and garbus. If I must file with the court do I have to personally go down there?

So I must go down to the court? Do I write a letter? How do I know which court to go to?

then you check further as i have never heard of that.btw you should not receive a court date until you respond and answer the summons with the court clerk.go in person and show them the paper you received.your court clerk is the only one you should go through.this place is a dirty collector.again do not contact foster and garbus they by all i know have no legal right to collect this.go to your court clerk in person and ask about this.
