United Cash Loans are they also Loan Point USA?

We had a chat with Loan Point USA yesterday and during the conversation, we told them that we were considering bankruptcy. They offered us a settlement, which we did not accept at this time. Today, we received a call, at our workplace, saying they heard we were going to declare bankruptcy. Immediately after the call, an email was sent to us from United Cash Loans (who we believed to be a different PDL) saying they heard we were declaring bankruptcy and demanding that we provide them with attorney information. So, either these two PDL's are actually the same company OR they are sharing information based on a telephone conversation regarding our (what we thought was confidential) loan. Anyone heard of this before? Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.
