If they have heavy accents it sounds like the notorious scammers from India, tell them you don't discuss finances to a voice on the phone and hang up. If it continues, file complaints against them.

Someone from this so-called 'National Crime Bureau' calls me as well. And since I am from India, I know very well they are from that part of the world. When I started talking in Hindi (only to verify), they switched to Hindi as well!!!!!! Be aware of them.
