Company not agreeable to negotiate a lower interest and payment plan

WFNNB's Customer Service Department has some very strange rules; i.e. Fee of $10 for same day payment. Not agreeable to making lower interest rates which will make my payments lower. I have been a long term customer, ordering frequently and have never been late with a payment until September of 2010.

A lot of companies are now passing on the cost of same day payments to the consumer....,nothing uncommon about that.
No company has to lower your interest rate....you can ask but legally they have no obligation to change your rates.
