I have a loan with Thinkcash.com, they are not licensed in AZ, I originally borrowed $800.00 and have paid $768.74 in interest and principle payments. If I pay them $31.26 will my obligation to them be over? If not how is the best way to pay them as I just closed my bank account to prevent other payday lenders from taking any more of my hard earned money.

Think cash is NOT a payday lender, so they are not required to be licensed in your state. They are backed by a bank. You are obligated to pay them more than just the principle amount, whatever the contract states is what they are due, unfortunately their interest rate is outrageous but they are operating perfectly legal.

Stay away from Thinkcash.com what creeps. My payment on Mon was .27 cents short, they called me today to inform me that they are charging me $4.14 interest per day on this 27 cents. I couldn't believe it. When I paid my payment I asked if there would be any late fee's etc. and I was told no. I didn't ask the right questions, I didn't ask if I'd be charged additional interest. It is going to cost them more to process 27cents then what it is worth. I told her I guess you'd rather I not pay the rest of my payments because your hasseling me over 27cents and she said "that was up to me" but that the aggressive collections would start". My loan will pay off the end of March and I can't wait to get away from these A-holes!!
