Payday Loan Hell - PLease help!
Date: Sat, 10/23/2010 - 07:16
So I reside in the state of Michigan. I have sadly been in this horrid cycle for 4 years. I found this site and did some research. All the internet loans I have are not licensed in my state. The following loans I have out are:
My next paycheck United Cash Cashnet USA Nationwide Cash Zip 19 Impact Cash Alpine Cash Integrity Star Cash Paradise Cash One Click Cash Eastside Lenders
I followed the good advice and opened a new bank account - can't close my current one as it's negative from all the overdrafts from these guys. I had my paycheck directly depositing into my new account so they couldn't get my money. That was in September and I am in default with all these guys. They are threatening to garnish my wages, criminal actions, etc. I know they can't criminally charge my per my state law. I have called them and sent them those letters the cease and disist but they still call and email. I have called them and stated i would pay the principal but not the interest and would send only money order. They refuse to take a money order payment or any mailed form of payment and want the total balance or they are threatening to send me to a 3rd party collector who can garnish my wage or get a judgement against me. I am about to start a new job and can't have this happening - anyone help me with my options?
