Any Template to send to payday lenders

Is there a Template to use to write to payday lenders about making payment arragements or do you have to send out the cease & desist letter first are you can send out both
Can anyone provide with a template
I have 4 storefront loans in TX that I have all default on and now in collections.
The only arrangement they want to do is keep paying on the finance charge.
I even tried asking for EPP but they all told me they don't offer that
