get out of payday loan debt help!!!!!

I have asked but ace cash wants me to pay 100.00 then next week 100 then 150 the next week. i just cant afford that right now. that is worst than the loan i have i paid biweekly and now that want this much weekly.

money mart is giving me til the 15th to come up with 245.00 and i dont know what they will do if i dont. but i dont have the $.. they said they will only do payment with debit card or prepaid card. i dont have debit card and i dont know what kind of arrangements they would make probably more than i can afford at this time.

the little bit of extra money i have needs to go toward christmas for my kids and the other money i have needs to catch up on bills that these loans caused me to get behind before i loose my car and other things.

Do you know if i was to send lets say 25 a month and a letter to each if they would accept it?

$25/month is a pretty low payment. Since these are all legal lenders, I doubt they'd accept it. They'll just turn you over to collections.

Don't pay anything. Wait till they send you to collections then negotiate with collections. If you can't pay now, stop stressing yourself out. what is the worst that can happen?

Who is BMG? I can't find out who they are, if they go by other names. I received a call today on my cell phone that no one has ever known the number to. The lady said that she needs to serve me a court order for a fraudelent check. I asked her for who because I don't have a bad check written. I then called the number she gave me which is, 877-464-8485 with a file number. I called and let the lady know "I only had 2 minutes until I get to work here is the file number what is this for." She said it is for BMG for $710. I asked who is BMG? She said they go by all kinds of names that BMG is their sister name. I said what is this for and she said they deposited $500 in my account and that they need payment and that it is been court ordered that this is the same as writing a check and I will be charged with fraud. I said if this is a payday loan that I filed bankruptcy and if it is a payday loan I know it was in my bankruptcy and I had to hang up and go back to work. I will call tomorrow and get more, as much as I can, information on this.

BMG=bahamas marketing group.an illegal lender that until they send proof of anything shouldn't be paid,or stressed over.btw since they not located in this country they can't and won't do anything they threaten.treat everything as an illegal threat.also since this might have been part of a BK then BMG is SOL.last thing if there was a court order you would be informed by certified mail not some loser calling.ignore them,and if this was part of a BK inform the court,and your attorney.again ignore the losers as they can do nothing,but you might benefit from their tactics.
