I just had my bank account frozen by WWR, I never recieved written notice and was unable to defend myself. They claim they tried to serve me at an address that was 20 years old........help
You will need to look up the judgment and then motion the court
You will need to look up the judgment and then motion the court to have the judgment set aside for improper service.
