Harrassment

I just had to end a phone call w/1st Sources "manager" and now I'm really peeved!! I have already signed up with a debt consolidation company when I receive a phone call stating that I had been turned over to 1st Source. They were representing Target. An account that I have been trying to pay off for quite sometime. Last week I agreed to pay the loan off at a 50% deal 1st Source was offering me. However, the rep kept saying that my chosen debt consolidating service was lying to me. I learned from CCCS that Target had already accepted my proposal and 2 payments. I then decided that since I really don't have the extra money to pay CCCS and 1st source that I would just stick with my consolidation service. WELL, try to contact 1st Source and tell them that you do NOT want them to draft your account and youve decided to not do the paydown and all of a sudden I'm the bad guy??? It was fine speaking to my first rep until he turned me over to his manager. The "manager" if he really was one, was rude and asking personal questions and I felt very attacked! I asked to speak to his supervisor, but of course he refused. When I told him the phone call was being ended by me he continued to bash the consolidation company. Let's see who the real liars are!!!!
