as far as i know NCA dosen't any authority whatsoever.in other words.bottomfeeder.demand they validate and do not speak to them again until they send something in writing.if by some miracle they do.DV them immediately,but they rarely if ever do.

Thanks so much, i've been ignoring them but i got a letter in the mail that they were not collecting for paydayloanyes.com because they now own my debt. I dont answer any calls or return any. And when they call my job, they are repeatedly told i cannot have personal calls. You would think they'd stop calling after being told over and over not to call .

Igoring calls WILL NOT help nor will it put a end to their harassing calls. Write them, cease them and let them know you are reporting them to every government agency avaialble.
