Did you talk to Kyle Dobbs or did he have a different alias this time? I was contacted by them a few weeks ago. They said I was approved for $5,000. They wanted a fax number to fax the loan documents, so I gave them a number. After receiving the documents, I saw that they wanted upfront money to receive the loan, I knew then it was a scam. However, I still called the number as I was intrigued by this scam. You get an automated system that answers and asks for an extension. I think the ext number was 329 for Kyle Dobbs. I tried that extension and he answered "hello". I thought that was funny as no business answers their phone that way. I'm guessing it's because they are running numerous scams with different business names all tied to the same people, therefore they can't answer using a business name as they don't know ahead of time which fake business a caller is calling about. Anyway, I asked him how they collect my upfront money for the loan. He said that I would Moneygram it to them and that my loan would be in my bank account the next business day. I just laughed and and told him that he must think I'm and idiot and then I hung up. I did call back again later just to try numerous different extensions and with every combination of numbers I tried it said, "that's an invalid selection". So, the conclusion is that there really is only one extension that will get you to speak with the scammers. I was just having some fun with them. I was going to call again from a different number pretending to be someone else and having a little more fun with these slimeballs but I chose not to.
