Sounds like a scam. Did you repay your CNUSA loan from a year ago? I would cancel that payment with your bank and have them assign you a new accout/debit card number (depending on how you paid). Once they have your info, they'll continue to try to take your money. I would also call CNUSA and ask them if they show you owe a balance. This sounds fishy to me and does sound like a common scam that we've all dealt with at one time or another.
Can I ask you a question? Why would you give out your account info to some stranger on the phone who claims you owe him money? Your first step is always to ask that they send you something in writing and then verify the debt. Your first tip off is usually when they refuse or say they can't and then start making threats of sending you to jail or coming to your workplace and serving you for court, etc. I'm not judging, it's an honest mistake driven by fear, I assume. I'm just trying to figure out why so many people are taken by these folks.
