Any info about those would be appreciated, I need to get out of this living hell. I have placed a debit freeze on my acct but I want to double check which ones if any can lend money in FL

FBD is NOT a payday lender, they are a bank so they aren't required to follow your payday loan laws.
The rest of your lenders are NOT licensed/legal in the state of FL. My suggestion to you would be to close your account and make payment arrangements with FBD via the mail, explain to them that you had to close your account due to some fraudulent activity and are not obtaining a new account until everything is resolved, until then you will need their address where you can send the payments via money order through the mail.
