Citibank lawsuit

I am being sued by Citibank. If they get a judgement will it be for the full amount sued for? And are my pension and social security income safe from them?

Any judgment will be for the full amount owed and court and legal fees. Plus judgements are subject to interest, the % being set by the state.
Your social security income is safe....I do not believe your pension is.
