I received a refund of $476 and a PIF letter from them dated July 29th. I had sent my letter July 27th.

I just received an email from Fast & Reliable stating that while they do not agree with my interpretation of the law, admittedly so, they are not licensed to do business in California. They further stated that they intend to provide me with a refund after they have a final calculation, which amount is predicated upon whether or not my bank honored their most recent renewing payment.

I expect to receive a final answer from them by the end of this week. I will keep you posted. Again, thank you so much for your help.:D

Received another email today from Fast & Reliable stating that they would be mailing my refund to the address listed on my letter today! I still have not heard from Community Credit Services or ExtraFunds.
