I transfer property to my parents for less. So I could get state health insurance. 3 to 4 months later lost my job.
I wasn't in trouble with my bills when this happen. Always paid on time, and now after 11 months. I have to pay back taxes, and bill collectors tried to serve a summit to me. I don't live at my parents anymore. Do I have to receive a summit before they can take me to court, or can they just get a default judgment against me.
Will they take my parents property away from them. Even though I wasn't trying to fraud them, just wanted health insurance. Did the transfer before my financial situation went to hell.
Now I was told by the IRS they own my parents property until I pay them off. The bill collectors come last. Do they really have that much power.

By transfering property at a loss for the purposes of obtaining health insurance, you committed fraud. You had intent and you knew what you were doing.

Depending on your state laws, they may be able to serve you your summons by publication, which means it will be posted in a local newspaper. Due to IRS involvement and the fraud, you might want to talk to an attorney.

Isn't it fraud when you plan on ripping someone off. I didn't quit my job on purpose, and still want to pay off my bill collectors. Once I get a job. Which I might have after November 9.
The state told me if I didn't have any assets. They would let me have health insurance. If I didn't get it, I could have had a heart attack. Due to my very high blood pressure. My whole face became numb, and left side of my body did too. If I wouldn't have treated it. The doctors told me I could have had a stoke, or heart attack.

Talk to a lawyer, and the I.R.S. does have the right to this asset over bill collectors. If I don't pay the I.R.S. their money. They will sell this property at auction. If you owe 5000.00 dollars, this is what they will sell it for. The bill collectors will be out their money. A judgment gives them the right to garish my pay check.
By transfer this asset. It triggered the I.R.S. to do an audit. They told me fraud is trying to hide assets because you know you won't be paying them back. I am not doing this, and they will get every dime back.

You're confused. Transferring your assets to your parents so that you could tell the state you had no assets and therefore obtain FREE health care was the fraud. It has nothing to do with your job and when you lost it. You basically lied about your assets so you could get state sponsored health care. That's fraud.

A bankruptcy trustee can recover assets transferred within one year of the bankruptcy filing where the debtor did not get reasonably equivalent value for the asset, or where the transfer was made with intent to hinder creditors. The "look back" period may be even longer under the law of your state, giving the trustee that same state law look back period in which to recover assets.

By the way the state know I had this land. I filed paper work with them stating, that I owed it. They told me to get rid of it. So it' not fraud with the state, this I can prove in court of law.
Now my bill collectors think I am not telling the truth about owing the I.R.S. Can prove this in a court of law. Tax invasion can make you go to jail, and fraud the I.R.S. is a crime. By the end of next year I will be able to pay everyone off. About to get a new job, and pay these people off. Bottom line if someone was going to commit fraud. They sure the hell won't even think of paying someone back even after their credit is ruined.
I got myself in trouble by using drugs. Been arrested, and been cleaned for a year and 1 month. Now I have to make up for the bad things. Which I did to other people while using. Which I intend to do, and at the end of the day. Even if I go back to jail, ever one will get their money back.
