PRA CC debt

Have CC debt with PRA, did make 1 payment back in 2008, they bought my debt from Providian in 2006. Need to re-fi. Do I ask for letter of Debt Valadation before contacting Portfolio Recovery Associates? Since I made 1 payment am I eligible for SOL?

So, are you saying that you made the last payment to PRA in 2008? And have you not paid anything at all in the last few years? Didn't PRA contacted you in these 2 years? Is the account showing in your credit report?
