how to see if a payday lender is legal

I have tried doing a search for the carlisle group llc dba cash haus in wisconsin and nothing is coming up. I went to the cash haus website and in the faq tab on the very bottom it says cfsa I clicked on it and dont see either name on the list as members which flagged to me. I could be reading into it too much but now I am wondering if they are legal here in WI or even members.
If anyone has a way of searching for them or know of a way for me to search please let me know asap.

That's what I would do, although, if this is a store front lender they are most likely licensed.
