This company did nothing but take nearly $3500 from me when I could least afford it. They did not communicate with my creditors or offer any services as promised. Once I asked for some action on their part or short of that a refund, they stopped communicating with me too. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they haven't even responded to them so far. I'm currently filing complaints with other agencies and seeking legal advice.
