Bad Check or ACH debit????

Got a call from Recovery Processing Systems regarding a "bad check/ACH debit" that they are collecting on. . . said they would turn it over to the County Attorney in my area. Is this legit?

Send them a cease and desist letter asking them not to call you again. If they don't comply, file cases against them.

I am dealing with Recovery Processing Systems also. I had a payday loan from a company that was not licensed to do business in my State. Therefore, I only owe the principal balance. I have overpaid them and requested a refund and paid in full letter. However, Recovery Processing Systems says I still owe $980 (my original loan was $200). Anyhow, this morning Recovery called and said they were "downloading" my case to my county court today. What the hell does that mean?

Just another scare tactic. I have a company that calls me from time to time at home threatening to download my file what nonsense.

ahh i haven't that tired illegal threat in about a year.it's a humanoid threat.one that is bogus and sad.
