hello, i realy hope that you can help me with what i am requesting.
i was not able to pay my credit cards payments becouse of thier high interest rates and so high monthly amount, so i caalled my credit cards company to ask them to lower my monthly min. payment amount and they offerd me to inrole a payment arrangement. i asked them if the payment arrangmet would not effect my credit scores then i will go ahead and sign in, the customer service rep. clearly told me that it would not effect your credit score at all and you would still be able to apply for credit cards and.....
i signed up in this arrangemts not knowing that my credit cards are be closed and i will lose 100 point off my credit scor.

i would like to dispute this arrangment as soon as positble becouse i dont want this to effact my credit at all. i would like to reopen my credit cards , and i will pay the off as soon as posible

You called them asking for payments other than the payments based on your cardholder agreement. It sounds like they put you on a hardship plan. Naturally your account would be closed and they are probably not going to open them again for you either. And naturally your scores are going to suffer. It is unfortunate that the CSR gave you the wrong info but you are going to have a hard time disputing the fact you called in asking for the plan....if you could afford the payments, you probably should not have called. Should be a lesson learned.
