allied interstate is plain annoying they call way to early in the morning and call every time the whole day and everyday thats harassment no matter who or what it's still harassment

How about some more information? Do you owe on a debt that they are trying to collect on? Are you screening calls? Have you talked to them?
If you pick up the phone and talk to them once per day, they won
If you pick up the phone and talk to them once per day, they won't call you back until the next day. Many will even set up an arrangement to call you at at specific times weekly. Ignoring them won't make the calls go away. If you talk to them and explain your situation, they're much more likely to work something out with you that is acceptable.
