not sure if this is a scam or not, but I keep getting messages at home then when I return the call, I keep getting hung up on. I actually started talking to someone today, and when I questioned her, she hung up on me, but before that, I did get the name.
I do not owe Regent any money, so I am not concerned about that, just tired of the calls. Any ideas how to stop them?

Yes, it's surely a scam. I think you are getting calls from junk
Yes, it's surely a scam. I think you are getting calls from junk debt buyers who don't have any information about the debts they buy. Ignore their calls. That might tire them out and they might not disturb you anymore.
