I went on a crusade trying to get nationwide cash from DE to stop loaning to IL residents. I gave up for a long time but just checked on their evil website, and they no longer offer loans to a host of new states, including Illinois! OOH RAH!
I filed complaints with the AG, the IDPR CPD, etc. I encouraged others in IL to do the same. Not sure how long ago or if our complaints had anything to do with it, but I count this one as a victory! Wish I'd paid more attention!
BTW, there were other posters in IL who contacted me regarding this evil company. Anyone care to share how any of it turned out? Thanks!

Turns out that they moved offshore...they moved out of new Mex after they got busted there...interesting why they still don't loan to 25 states and DC even though they're "exempt" from US and state laws..... gotta wonder if all their employees moved again
