I have PDL's from 2 lenders Manhattan Processing and NLS Cash Advance. Are they legal in the state of CT? Please help thanks you. I've learned my lesson no matter how despirate I get next time. Thanks Sarge

OP, are you talking about First Manhattan Cardholder Processing? They are not a PDL lender but a credit card provider with a 'C-' rating with the BBB.
