Here is what I have:
I live in Florida
All PDLs are internet.
mycashnow.com borrowed: 500 paid so far: 716.26
thinkcash borrowed: 800 paid so far: 115.24
zip19 borrowed: 1000 paid so far $0
integrityadvance borrowed: 200 paid so far $0
loanpointusa borrowed: 600 paid so far $0
The zip19 loan will come out on 11/15 for 1198.80. I will have to reloan it if I cannot fix this before Monday.
I bank at a credit union and I have not spoken with them regarding ACH stops, closing account rules, etc.I have already stopped direct deposit for my next payday (11/30)
How do I make sure my paycheck is not affected by the wage assignment agreement? Also, what do I need as far as a letter for my credit union to stop the ACH withdrawals?

Wage assignments are voluntary and you can easily revoke them. Since all your PDLs are illegal, you need to protect your bank account first. Talk to the manager of your credit union. He will assist you to close your account.
After you close your account, send letters to each of the PDL companies stating that you are revoking all ACH authorizations since they are illegal in your state. You can read the following link to know how to deal with them: debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

Email these lenders a simple letter ( dated ) that says you are revoking their right to ANY wage assignments and they no longer have your permission to use it, also add that your employer will no longer honor any attempted wage assignments. Include revoking ACH's in the same letter and take it to your credit union and employer..

Place a hard debit block on your account, ask if they can change the account number.

For all of your illegal payday lenders you are responsible to pay back the principle amount borrowed. Thinkcash.com is a legal lender and you will have to pay them according to your contract. Follow the advise of the forum, close your bank account and get a WalMart card to pay your payments to thinkcash. I too have a loan with them, I closed my account and I'm making my bi-weekly payments using this prepaid card. It works really well. I load it on the Fri I get paid for the amount of my payment, I call thinkcash and the transaction is complete. Only thing that will change with thinkcash is without automatic withdrawal you lose the ability to extend your payment if needed. They tried to get me to give them my new banking information when I called but that was not happening. I've read too many stories about places sharing information.

Called my CU this morning about closing my account and future ACHs.I was told once the account is closed all transactions will be returned with an "account closed' message back to those seeking to debit my account.I am going this afternoon to close the account and open a new one. Then I will send the emails to the PDLs.Thanks for the help so far.

I closed my checking account Friday and opened a new one. I was assured nothing will clear once the account is closed.I sent an email to my payroll department to block any wage assignments along with a copy of the letters I sent to each pdls.I sent an email to each pdl containing the form letter from this site tailored for each pdl.Now I am updating all the legitimate ACHs with my new checking acct info. Then I will deal with repaying any owed principal. One of my pdls had been overpaid and I asked for a check for the differenced. I won't hold my breath, but I will make good on my threat of filing a complaint against them as indicated in the letter if they do not.

I probably wouldn't of given the legal PDL's your new account information as it seems all of this PDL's share information. So keep an eye on your account. Don't wait for them to send you a refund before you file your complaints with the AG, FTC and BBB. Most likely if you don't you probably will not receive a refund. Also if any of your PDL's are out of the country it could be most difficult to get a refund. Purchase a Wal Mart money card and pay your debts that way.
