Internet payday loans in Ohio are illegal. You are only required to pay back the principle amount. If you haven't already done so you need to close your bank account and file complaints with the AG, FTC and BBB in your state.

Internet payday loan companies are required to have a license in the state of Ohio to be legal in Ohio. If a company has written in their site that they do not lend in Ohio, it means they are illegal in the state.
