3)any amount debited by pdl
4)state you are in
5)was it an internet loan

i can tell you right now that invoking your DL is the work of a bottomfeeder as only the SEC OF STATE can do anything to/with your license.also the "decide i 1 hour"threat is usually an illegal lender as nobody can proceed that fast with what they threatened.please answer my questions,and just know the idiot who called you broke the law themselves.file a police report asap for the call as that was harrassment.

It was discount advances from 3 years ago borrowed $300.00 paid around $600.00. Sent them letters stating I paid the amount per my state. Now three years later this guy calls my work every 1/2 hour saying he is a investagator saying I bounced a check over state lines and my license will be suspened. well here is what you do.

1)file AG,AND FTC complaints against discount advances as not only are they illegal,but you are owed a refund.
2)file the police report as again what this loser is doig is against the law,and the police can call the number themselves.then.
3)hang up on their sorry a$$.this was an illegal loan you overpaid on.don't give the loser the courtesy of a word as they don't deserve it.

Do what paulmergel says; you might want to let them know the next time they call that you ARE filing complaints with the AG, etc., but after that if they call, just hang up the phone.
