I have been getting calls from Law Offices of Wanda Cross regarding my Credit Card debts through out the day. They are not following the FDCPA rules and are calling me from 6:00 am in the morning to 10:00 PM. I called them to get the matter resolved, however they are not willing to speak with me as well and are telling me that they can only speak with a licensed attorney and no one else.
Please advise how do I deal with this.

They are breaking the rules by calling you at 6:00 a.m. They can call you between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9 p.m. If they break those rules they can end up paying you, a nice reversal of fortune IMO.

It is harassment to call you and then refuse to talk to anyone but an attorney. If they only want to speak to an attorney then why are they calling you? Obviously does not make sense. Don't be intimidated.

Send them a cease and desist letter.

Yes, they fall under the same timezone and are still calling me from 6:00 am in the morning till 10:00 pm late night. They keep calling and harassing about my JC Penny credit card debt.
The main issue here is that they are not even letting me settle my debt and only asking for a Licensed attorney to call them. They are very rude and is threatening to sue me.
Please advice.

Victor they have no right to demand to speak only to a licensed attorney because you are not obligated to hire an attorney. What they are saying is that you must hire an attorney if you want them to quit bugging you basically. Maybe you don't have the money to hire an attorney or maybe you have had a bad experience with an attorney. Whatever the reason, they are being unreasonable. THEY call YOU at YOUR home on YOUR phone. You pay for your phone bill and as such are only allowing them the use of your phone to contact you. It is not up to them to set the standards by which you use your phone. When they start paying your phone bill then MAYBE they MIGHT have a right to suggest how you use your phone.

Do you have caller ID? If you do and you are able to see these calls and keep a record of them then please do so. They can be sued under the FDCPA rules for harassing you and calling outside the hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Calling you repeatedly and refusing to leave a message is abusive also if that is a practice because it is questionable how to represent someone wishes to talk to you and then refuse to leave a message. To leave a message for you but then refuse to talk to you when you call them as a result of their phone calls to you is abusive. You should consider suing them and then they will owe you money instead of possibly vice versa.
They are allowed to call you to try to collect if you owe them. If they call you and won't take your return phone call then their assertion that they are calling you to work out something on an ALLEGED debt that you owe clearly does not hold up under scrutiny. Threatening you is not allowed. They can tell you they will sue you IF they can indeed do so legally. If they are not legally able to sue you or to say that they intend to sue you when they don't intend to are all abusive practices. Where do you live? Try searching for an NACA attorney on line. as they can help you sue and collect for harassing phone calls. Don't be bullied or intimidated. Send them a letter saying that you consider their call harassment as they refuse to talk to you. Tell them should stop all efforts to contact you in the future since their sincerity is in question.

The Law Office of Wanda Cross is only open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm central time, so i dont possibly see how they are calling you from 6 to 10. It must be another office. Its probabaly JC Penney thats calling you. Also a quick solution would be for you to pay the money that YOU OWE them in the first place, then nobody would be calling you.

Yes, right, the idiot above Ohio Gal, save your sermonizing for somebody who cares. Anyone who is subject to collection has a perfect right and even a duty to verify what the "story" is they are told.

there are people all over the world scamming and debt collectors can be included among those.

People like you who just happen by to drop one of your self-righteous bombs on people are really lowlifes who will be ignored hopefully.
