Garnishment question

I have a garnishment which I am paying on..
a little background .
The brother of one of my clients servied my employer with Garnishment papers. My employer called with a question on how to fill out the papers and this lawyer went into detail of why I have a garnishment against me and then told my empolyer he didnt know how to fill out the papers. Finally he got informtion and told my empolyer they had filled out the papers correctly. ( but I dont see why filling out the paper need to involve why I had the garnishment it was not relvent to the math of how to come up with the $ amount of the garnishment. ) I let that go but was very upset as I dont feel this was right.
Now today .. for what ever reason my empolyer is being served with papers from this lawyer ever 91 days but being the owner of the business was gone and they cant deliver the papers to my place of empolyment.. another person was sent to the lawyers off to pick up the papers. This lawyer went again into detail as to why I have the garnishment and also told the person that I would be much better to just pay off the fee and be done with it.
Is this legal for this lawyer to talk to every single person and tell them the reason for the garnishment .. when payments have been made every two weeks since the first garnishment papers where sent to my empolyer.

I don't find written anywhere that the lawyer can't state the reason for the garnishment to anyone. However, as the payments have been made since the first garnishment papers were sent to your employer, I feel that it is ethically wrong to do so. I am afraid there is nothing much to do in such a situation. But, you can always contact an attorney and take his opinion about this matter.
