Cashpoint is illegally repossessing vehicle in Kansas. They are sending the Notice to Cures when customers are only 1 day past due and Kansas law states the consumer must be 10 days past due before a Notice to Cure can be sent. I am currently in negotiations to see if a settlement can be met, if not I am sueing for wrongful repossession.

I'm tired of having to fight them but until I can come up with $1,800.00 to pay them back I'm stuck. Let us know how this works out.
