annoying phone calls

:(I have contacted you when I can about this problem concerning these calls. The person you are trying to contact does not have this phone number anymore. I got this phone number from Time Warner Cable abourt 3 or 4 months ago and have rec'd numerous calls from you. I finally talked to a person and told them and they assured me my phone number would be removed. It never happens. We are senior citizens and this is very annoying we get at least 3 calls at least 3 or 4 days a week. This person must owe everyone because you are not the only ones who call. Please stop or I'll have to change my phone number with Time Warner. Good luck finding this person - they seem to ask for Ralph Purdy whoever that is.
