I had 4 pdl's from different vendors and consolidated them into one from another, is that crazy?
Any way, my husband lost his job on Friday and now I am unable to pay the roll over fee to stay
out of default with Check N GO. I have called them and explaind my situation but they don't care.
I have had loans with them before. I am currently NSF at my bank and on Monday when the loan
is due the lady said she will deposit all 4 checks into the bank.
I have read your form and have gotten a lot of ideas as to where to start, but for me not yet cooked
can someone give me the 123's

Go in and request an EPP. You are entitled to one and they are required to offer it to you at your request, because Check n Go is a member of the CFSA and as a part of their guidelines for being a member they must allow an EPP, you can read about it at the link above.

I have read and know about this way of pay back but I am unable to pay back in 4 payments as scheduled in my loan agreement. It is every 2 weeks, without my husbands check and X-mas on the way..... The most I could pay would be $50
twice an month, but they will start sending the bank my check and then.........WOW
The original loan is for $600 @140 every 2 wks, this by the way is in Tx did I mention.

Check n go will NOT offer an EPP if you live in Texas unless you default. I understand you may not be able to pay it back in 4 installments but I would speak to the collection rep. when they call just to keep in contact. I'm about to default on check n go as well (internet). When i spoke to them one month ago they told me defaulting was they only way to get a payment plan. !!! I called the CFSA and they in Texas CSO's do not have to offer. We are screwed in Texas!

So you are saying that they will honor the PPD after the due date? I don't understand
I thought that a person had to file the PPD on the last day or the day before you loan
come due again? Should I request a PPD even after that date? Will it give me some
time to negotiate before they start adding to the balance with NSF fees, late fees?
I read my contract and it said that for every check they charge $30 for NSF and a $7.50 or 5% fee for late fees after the date due. This and all the charges that are coming my way as far as my bank account is concerned.... and even if I do request a PPD I could not honor the PPD being that I have to pay 1/4 of the total amount each time until it is payed. That would be well over $200 every 2 Weeks.
