Just wondering, as the template letters indicate this will be done.Have any of you done this with any results?

Filing the complaints and sending copies to the PDL's does work. I'm a good example of that! So far out of 4 PDL's I've received a sizable refund over and above the amount paid, a PIF letter and 3 out of the four I've not heard from after they were in receipt of copies of all of my complaints. This is the only way to stop illegal lenders!

Hi stel,

You should always file complaints about the illegal companies to all the relevant authorities. The authorities must know how these PDL lenders are practicing illagal ways to extort money from customers. And as Paulmergel and Buzzette posted, you might get a refund and the PIF letter as well.
