Has anybody had ANY luck with snowballing?? I have been reading about it and found a website that figures snowballs for you. whatsthecost.com
I have 6 payday loans and decided I could comfortably afford to pay $300 per month to get out of my mess. Of couse , this means that I can only pay $50 per month to each company. Does anybody think there is any hope that the companies will go for my plan if I put it in writing?? With the plan I have, I'd start having some of them paid off by the end of March and everyone paid by the end of July. I thought I could also tell them that IF I had extra money...I could pay more...like when I get my income tax. Of couse, I think I may have to close my bank account to make sure this would work. Any insight will be helpful.

Take the advance from SoapLady and let us know who your lenders are, amounts paid, ect. Perhaps these are illegal internet companies and if you've already paid back the principle balance borrowed you are not required to pay any more. Of course, the only way to get away from bottom feeders is you have to close your bank account before you tell them what your intentions are.

I have a previous post concerning my problems...it has the subject of "7 payday loans"...some of the answers I need are answered there.
Anyway, here is my info.
1. American Check Casher...it is in collections and the people that call me say they are with Money Mart. I owe them $485...but, have paid them thousands and thousand of dollars in interest in the years that I did business with them.
2. Loan by Phone (Check into Cash)...Currently owe $204.00
3. Check City...currently in collections...I owe them $597.33...I have a payment plan set up with them...but, haven't started it yet.
4. Star Loans...I owe them $277.30
5. Check n Go....I owe them $468.75
6. Speedy Cash...my newest...I owe them $357.50
7. CashnetUSA...I only owe them $168.76 and was thinking about paying them off next week...UNLESS I find out they are illegal. (Information regarding this is on my previous post listed above).
Thanks for your help!!
