I signed up for debt settlement program 3 months ago, been paying them, and have heard nothing from them. Only time I talk to them is if I call them. Today got a summons to court that I am being sued by one of the credit cards I put in the settlement. How does that work? Im not getting any answers from my debt settlement lawyers, just that it happens sometime.... any ideas? Has this happened to anybody else?

Yeah, it happens to lots of people. The debt settlement company wont help you either. Actually you could have saved yourself a lot of money and done the settlements yourself.
You need to answer the summons and show up in court.
