I have a loan with Elastic and because they are a legal lender in my State, I have to pay back the loan. Just wanted everyone to know that I got this email yesterday.

Effective December 15th, 2010, Urban Trust Bank will no longer offer the Elastic line of credit. Accordingly, you will be unable to draw more cash from your line of credit after this date. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

Guess one more payday lender is gone.

I agree. I have a loan with them as well and they are legal in my state (PA).

If they are no longer backed by a bank that allows them to bypass my state's PDL laws, I am assuming that they will be subject to Pennsylvania's PDL laws from this point foreward...

Guess we'll have to wait for Dec 15 like paul above said...
