I live in Texas, is there any way to find out what processor Check 'N Go uses before
they send an ACH to my bank. They have my checks and have already deposited them into my account and they have been returned NSF from the bank. I read my contract and Authorized ACH. I guess the next step for them is to send it in as a ACH. How do I stop them before the damage is done? I have sent them a certified letter Revoking Authorization,to the manager at the storefront, and ask them that any communication be strictly by email or US postal. Talk to my bank and they are very slow to act, feel I should do something!

:DThank you sssssssoooooooo much for your response and to all who post on here, tho it maybe a little embarrassing, remember that you might be giving someone an answer they were searching for. Thank again GREAT SITE

This is the letter I sent to them:

I ----------------- am requesting that Check 'N Go and their Lenders cease and desist any additional contact by telephone with me in regards to the outstanding loan which was initiated on 11-06-2010 for the amount of $590.00+ $131.25 in fees. It is however my wish that you contact me via e-mail; ----------- or by us Mail in regards to this matter.
Further more I would like to go on record and state that I am also Revoking Authorization for the ACH debit of my account #======== as specified in the contract and any other accounts I may have now or in the future.
I arrest that the contract was not originated with fraudulent intent by me.
I DO intend to repay this loan as it is my responsibly to do so and I do not deny this.
I also would like to go on record to say that I would like the opportunity to negotiate a fair payment schedule that would help me to achieve this.
Please contact me via e-mail as soon as you have reached a decision.
