I'm in a process of closing my account and filing cases agains many payday companies. yesterday I sent them e-mails about it, in it told them I do not authorize them to take any payments from my account.
my account is negative which is why I haven't closed it yet, I get direct deposits from work so I was going to wait till friday when I get paid and then close it. Today Big Sky cash took out money, they took out what they loaned me. I never received any reply from them.
Is there anything I can do about that? my account is even more negative now and my paycheck won't cover that.

Go into the bank, and speak directly to the branch manager (no one else will do), explain that you had already revoked their right to ACH your account prior to the debit and you want it reversed immediately. You will need to print out that revocation letter and offer it as proof to the branch manager, again, no one else will do.
This is a perfect example of why I specifically tell people DO NOT send out any letters to illegal lenders until the account is CLOSED.
