I just sent a letter to Magnum Cash Advance stating my business with them is over due to their being illegal in PA.

They have sent my account to a CA called National Service Bureau. I wish to send them a letter as well stating I have overpaid them and they are trying to collect on an illegal debt. I wish to send via email first then fax if needed.

I cannot seem to find an email address for them anywhere. Can someone provide?

I also just sent a letter to Cash Jar stating they also issued an illegal loan that I have overpaid on. Has anyone had issues dealing with them? And how long did it take for Cash Jar to respond?
