A simple search of this number will give you many complaints. They call and threaten people about suing them. File complaints about them with your local police authorities since they have threatened you.

It wouldn't hurt to file an additional complaint with your State financial regulatory agency. In addition, I think you should keep a close eye on your checking account in case this outfit tries to take any money, if not close your account and open a new one. One bad thing about PDLs, they share customer information with each other.

Yes, I agree with Pachacutec1. Once one payday loan company has your account details, you can be rest assured that your details will be distributed to many PDL companies. And your account will be hit by many different names. So, be aware.

Ok, thought I was through with these people but I guess they missed me. I was out of town for a couple of days and when I got to work there was a voicemail left on my phone. His name is John Smith and he has an India or whatever accent not American. The number he left is 559-399-0358, he stated that he needed my retaining lawyer or me to call him back because of this legal matter. He nver said who he was representing or where he was from. Said that if he doesn't hear from me there would be legal action taken against me and the only thing he could do was wish me luck. He repeated the information again and at the end said God Bless. Ok, I'm about sick of these people calling and harassing me and everyone else. They'll call you for a week or two then stop then you want hear anything from them for about 8 months or so then they start back. What do normal hardworking people supposed to do when they do this?
Oh and they called me again while I was out and left a message with a co-worker. His name and number and stated it was a legal matter.
Can someone help me with this matter?
Thanks
Hi Smiley, They cannot do anything. They will just threaten you
Hi Smiley,
They cannot do anything. They will just threaten you in order to scare you so that you pay them off. No need to give them a call. File complaints against them with the local police authorities and the FTC.

Smiley - What are normal, hardworking people to do when they get these calls? I'd say hang up the minute they start their spiel, or if you recognize their number on your caller ID, don't answer. If they're calling co-workers, you can tell your coworkers that someone got hold of your personal info and is illegally calling you at work, that they should hang up on them when they call.

It is difficult to get these companies to stop calling. I still have one that threatenings me with physical harm each time they call but without a phone number or when there is a phone number it is routed so many ways that my local phone company or police dept really can't do anything to help! You can change your home phone and cell number but of course that does not help for work. This company calls me at work on my direct line. One of these days they will get smart and figure out there is a main line and start calling but until that day comes I ignore any unknown, receivables or 000 on caller ID.

This is just a scam that these foreigners are doing. Ive looked up the number and they have so many complaints filed. Go to do not call registry and file a complaint by doing that they will also block this number from calling you. These people if you can call them that are the scum of the earth.

I have had these people calling me for 2 years!!!! They will call for a couple of weeks and then stop for a couple of months and then start back with calling again!!! I have talked to my attorney and also with the FBI. Not much they can do because these people are not in the US. I have told them repeatedly that I am not sending money, that they need to send proof of debt (never happens), and I usually end up hanging up. Yesterday they called, they asked for me, I said that I had died yesterday and wouldn't be returning the phone call. They then asked who they were talking to and I said that I would not give out any information but that the person they were looking for had died the day before. I hung up.....they called back and left a message!!!!! CRAZY PEOPLE!!!!!!!
