Hi, id like to know about these companies use wage assignments?? the list are 247 Green Street online lender, Money Tree, Advance America,they are affiliated with CashNet USA, Eastside Lending online lender.

Are you sure about 247 Greenstreet? I have heard horrible stories about them. And as the HOF member has posted, you just need to contact your payroll department and notify them.

Payday lenders usually stick them somewhere in their contract, but as stated above, all you need to do is send them a letter (certified) which says you revoke it, date it, and show a copy to your employer.
