Nervous and Scared in CT
Date: Tue, 11/16/2010 - 17:46
I'm asking for your help here. I've been looking over the forum and it looks like there is some real helpful people on here that might be able to offer me some advice. I currently have 4 outstanding loans and I am now overwhelemed.
Cashjar.com: Loan of 750.00 / Already paid back 987.50
Signmyloan.net: Loan of 500.00 / Already paid back 604.00
Greatskycash.com : Loan of 400.00 / Already paid back 540.00
iadvancecash.com: Loan of 300.00 / Already paid back 90.00
1.) Are these payday loans legal in Connecticut?
2.) How should I cancel my bank account? Cancel it, deposit only, hard block, etc? I don't want to cancel the account if these guys are going to continue to try and withdraw money and the account will reopen
3.) Should I sent a cease and desist order via e-mail or certified mail?
4.) Will my employer be called at work?
5.) How do I stop them from posting to my credit report?
Your help is much appreciated. I look forward to hearing your advice.
Best Regards,
Rob
