chase credit card settlement

anybody settle with Chase more recently? I see the last post on here was a while ago. I went through their assistance program and paid for a year at 0 percent interest, but now that's over and they jacked me up to 24 percent. How long do i have to be delinquent before i can offer a settlement?

Any idea what percentage chase may take? I owe 4000 and am prepared to give them 1800....well, i will be in a couple months anyway. When should i offer? I am able to keep current with other credit cards...will that make them mad if they see i am current with other cards and not theirs? I had a nice 4 year plan going to be debt free...but now with this interest rate i just cant see paying 120 a month and only 25 dollars or so coming off my bill.
