First irs

I spoke with some one claiming to be from first irs telling me he was going to press charges on me for bad check. They then told me that I had till 1 pm today to pay the money. He called me and told me not to call him have my lawyer called him after I told him I had no money to pay 905 today. He then called my mother and myself back. I called back spoke with a woman who told me I was a bad mother cause I didn't pay my bill and that I had one hour to pay half of my bill. I told her I would pay the bill it i had an address to pay it but I never was giving one. They yelled at my treated me rude and even put my parenting skills in question. His name ismicheal

So, I think you understand that they are an illegal collection agency. They are violating all the FDCPA rules by threatening you. Don't admit that you owe anything to anyone to them. In addition to it, don't pay them anything.
File cases against them with the FTC and your states' financial regulator.
